പോളിംഗ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് ഐഡൻറിറ്റി കാർഡ്, റെമ്യൂണറേഷൻ എന്നിവ നൽകുന്ന ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കായി പോളിംഗ് ഉദ്യോഗസഥരുടെ ഫോട്ടോ, ബാങ്ക് അക്കൌണ്ട് വിവരങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ അടിയന്തിരമായി E-drop Software ൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുവാൻ പോളിംഗ് ഡ്യൂട്ടി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
