The ‘Paper Disposable Glass’ provided for keeping the ‘Indelible Ink’ during the time of polling is a prohibited item, it is informed that the said “Paper Disposable Glass” should not be used for this purpose. Instead, under the charge of the Presiding Officer, steps should be taken to either keep the ‘Indelible Ink’ in the paper box where it is stored, or to roll up paper appropriately, fill it safely with sand, and then keep the ‘Indelible Ink’ bottle in it, or have the Returning Officers provide a small steel glass / glass tumbler.
